Lactic acid is an Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) and is a natural product made from dairy. Lactic acid has a couple of advantages over other AHA acid peels. It is a natural component of human cells which makes it safer and less allergenic and it has a very large molecule which slows penetration for less irritation. Lactic Acid Exfoliator-35 works on the surface of the skin to gently reduce lines, wrinkles and age spots, fade discoloration to improve skin tone, stimulate the production of collagen and elastin, provide gentle exfoliation, increase cell turnover and can smooth out large pores and acne scars so they are less noticeable. pH4.
