A fresher and more authentic way to experience true aromatic inhalation therapy with pure essential oils. These pure essential oil blends are designed to be used in an electric Aromatherapy diffusor or nebulizer( for best results ), an aroma fan, diffusor lamp or our aroma scent ball. The best ‘diffusor’ for Aromatherapy use is an electric one that disperses the essential oils into a very fine mist through the air, without using heat.
Place a drop of pure essential oil on your palm, rub hands together, cup over nose, close eyes & breathe deeply to calm your mind (e.g.: clary sage, grapefruit, lavender), clear your head (orange, lemon, eucalyptus), or energize your mind ( basil, peppermint, rosemary). A drop or two on your bed pillow to promote restful sleep (e.g.: neroli, lavender or ylang ylang).
Steam helps relieve congestion. Add 2–4 drops of essential oil (e.g.: ravensara, rosemary, mint ) to a glass bowl containing 2 cups boiled water, cover head with towel, lean over bowl keeping eyes closed & breathe deeply & slowly until aroma disappears.
The most effective & therapeutic diffuser is an electric aroma nebulizer that disperses a fine mist into the air without heat. A nebulizer is a healthy and natural way to purify your space, disinfect the air, alter your mood or just create a fragrant or festive atmosphere. Other diffusers are an aroma scent ball (with a pad you scent & plug into a power source) or a potpourri style burner that uses heat from a candle to gently evaporate water infused with essential oil, releasing aroma into the air.
